Restricted Nationalities for Health Care Professionals
The law prohibits brokering employment in the health industry for certain nationalities. This corresponds with WHO standards to prevent the "brain drain" of certain countries. In German law, this has been codified in §38 BeschV. The restricted nationalities are:
