Cancellation Policy

Right of Revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason after you have sent the form. It is sufficient if you reply to the confirmation email from us and communicate your revocation.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of revocation. For this repayment, we will exclusively use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund.
You may also waive your right of withdrawal. In this case, we will start processing as soon as we receive the payment. Otherwise, we will wait until the cancellation period before processing.
