A residency permit for a Blue Card EU is virtually like a "regular" residence permit for employment purposes. The main difference is that the requirements are higher, and you obtain more rights and privileges. We have described the requirements for the big and little Blue Card EU for Germany on a previous page.
Why apply for the Blue Card EU with us?
The Blue Card EU is more than just a residence permit. It's your key to:
- Faster permanent residency – after just 21-33 months
- EU mobility – simplified access to other EU countries
- Family reunification – your parents(-in-law) can follow you with less restrictions
- Career opportunities – easy switching employers in Germany – just change
The requirements are higher than for a regular work permit, but the benefits make it worthwhile.
